MultiAgent Compare respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of multiagentcompare.com to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

How do you submit a takedown notice?

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice must be in writing and include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if several works are covered.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the page URL.
  • Your contact information, such as name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Where should you send it?

Send notices by email to editors@multiagentcompare.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject line.

How does the counter-notice procedure work?

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant tells us it has filed a court action.

What is the repeat-infringer policy?

Where appropriate, we will block access for, and stop accepting contributions from, anyone found to be a repeat infringer.
